To Plan a Foreign Language Tutorial Conceptually

1. Inventory "topical settings" you wish to feature.
2. Begin building a dictionary for this language.
3. Write a grammar overview for this language with examples and exercises.
4. Build an interactive acoustic phonetics table.
5. List dialog conventions you wish to feature.
6. Collect literary, cultural, geography, and other readings from this culture.
