The Reading Service

This service is primarily intended for use in language instruction.  The author enters a reading text into the tool using manual entry, copy, and paste from a document, or copy and paste from the Internet.  Then the author selects the dictionary to be used for translation.  The tool finds all of the unique words, looks up their definitions, and creates a "custom dictionary" of those words in the order of their occurrence.  If the instructor would like to make changes to the definitions of any of the words he may do so using another of our on-line editing tools. 

The student then is presented with a reading, plus a "custom dictionary" of definitions of the words and phrases that occur in that reading.
