What We Didn’t Like

What We Like

edX offers some unique courses that you won’t find anywhere else. One of the courses that caught our attention in the very beginning was Music For Wellness from Berklee. This course teaches you how you can learn, practice, and perform music and musical instruments to enrich your mind and your body. This is a relatively short course, as you won’t require more than a month if you invest three to five hours on this every week. 

This course teaches you a great deal about how music affects your mind and your body, how you can integrate ancient rituals with music to regulate your emotions, how music can help you live happier and healthier, and more. 

Other than that, there are many courses that specialise in a specific topic. There’s Medical Cannabis – a course that’ll teach you how the compounds in Cannabis work, how they interact with your nervous system, and how they affect your health overall.

What We Like

Once you’re done with this course, you’ll be able to improve the overall strength and condition of your body. You’ll also be able to perform physical activities without any damaged joints. What We Didn’t Like
